Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "Player" or "you") and bet44 (the "Company", "Platform", "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at bet44.lat.

By accessing the bet44 website, completing the registration process, depositing funds, placing a wager or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on bet44.lat.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account, excluding any bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bet credits or other incentive amounts credited to an Account subject to specific wagering or rollover conditions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before certain account features, including withdrawals, are activated.
• "Platform" means the bet44 website, its sub-pages, all associated mobile-optimised interfaces and any related services operated under the domain bet44.lat.
• "Services" means all betting, casino, games, promotions, support and account management features made available on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times a Bonus amount must be turned over (multiplied) before any related winnings may be withdrawn.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the default display currency of the Platform for Malaysian users.

Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the Platform constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Acceptance is also deemed to occur at the moment you:

1. Tick the acceptance checkbox during the account registration process;
2. Make a deposit into your Account;
3. Place any wager on a sports, casino or instant-game market; or
4. Claim any promotional offer, bonus or free bet credit.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and bet44.

Account Eligibility

4.1 Age Requirement

The Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This minimum age applies universally to all Services offered on bet44.lat, including sports betting, live casino, slots and instant games. By creating an Account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

bet44 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any point. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 shall be suspended immediately, all transactions reversed where possible, and the matter referred to the relevant internal compliance team.

4.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

Access to and use of the Platform is permitted only in jurisdictions where online betting is not expressly prohibited by applicable local law. It is the sole responsibility of the User to ascertain whether accessing the Platform is lawful in their country or jurisdiction of residence. bet44 makes no representation that the Services are appropriate, legal or available in all locations.

Malaysian users acknowledge that online gambling occupies a complex legal position in Malaysia. By using the Platform, you confirm that you take personal responsibility for compliance with Malaysian law as it applies to your individual circumstances.

4.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active Account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or through third parties, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances.

Account Registration & Security

5.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering an Account. Information that is false, misleading or incomplete may result in Account suspension, cancellation of winnings and forfeiture of deposited funds where fraud is confirmed.

5.2 Account Verification (KYC)

Before withdrawals are permitted and, in some cases, before certain deposit thresholds are reached, bet44 requires identity verification. Documents typically requested include:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (Malaysian MyKad, Passport or Driving Licence);
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement or government correspondence dated within three months); and
• A selfie or video holding your identification document.

Verification is normally completed within 24 to 48 hours of complete document submission. bet44 reserves the right to request additional documents where the standard submission is unclear or where enhanced due diligence is required.

5.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or one-time codes with any third party. bet44 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to an Account where the User has failed to maintain adequate credential security. You must notify the Platform's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bet44 supports a range of Malaysian-friendly payment channels, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX and major local banks such as Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and Hong Leong. Available channels may vary based on account verification status and operational requirements at any given time.

6.2 Currency

All Account balances, deposits and withdrawals are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Where a payment is processed in a different currency at the gateway level, the applicable exchange rate and any associated conversion fees will be applied.

6.3 Minimum Deposit

The minimum single deposit is RM 50, unless a specific promotional offer stipulates a different minimum. bet44 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds upon reasonable notice.

6.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification, settlement of any active bonus wagering requirements and confirmation that the withdrawal method matches the method used for deposit. bet44 targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours; actual transfer times may vary depending on the payment provider and banking institution.

6.5 Anti-Money Laundering

bet44 operates under international anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. The Platform may request evidence of the source of deposited funds where transaction patterns indicate potential AML concern. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in temporary account restriction pending investigation.

Betting Rules & Settlement

7.1 Placing Wagers

All wagers are final upon confirmed acceptance by the Platform. A bet is not valid until you receive on-screen confirmation of placement. bet44 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed after an event has commenced (unless the market was designated as an in-play market) or placed at manifestly incorrect odds resulting from a system error.

7.2 Settlement

Bets are settled using official results as published by the governing body of the relevant sport or competition. For football markets, including EPL and Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, settlement follows the result at the end of normal playing time (90 minutes plus referee-added time), unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules.

7.3 Abandoned, Postponed and Cancelled Events

Where an event is abandoned or postponed for more than 24 hours from the original scheduled start time, bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned, unless market-specific rules state otherwise. Cancelled events are treated in the same manner unless the event is rescheduled and completed within the stated window.

7.4 Palpable Errors

Where odds or game outcomes are published in obvious error (referred to as "palpable errors" or "palp errors"), bet44 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This right is exercised reasonably and not as a mechanism to avoid legitimate winning bets placed at fair market odds.

Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback credits and promotional offers issued by bet44 are subject to specific terms communicated at the point of offer. General conditions that apply unless stated otherwise include:

• One bonus per player, per household and per IP address for each promotional campaign;
• Bonus Funds must be wagered in accordance with the applicable Wagering Requirement before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn;
• Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before the Wagering Requirement is completed; and
• bet44 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

The applicable Wagering Requirement for each promotion will be stated on the promotion detail page. As a general illustration: a Wagering Requirement of 20x applied to a RM 100 bonus means a total of RM 2,000 in qualifying wagers must be completed before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

8.3 Abuse of Bonuses

Systematic exploitation of promotional offers, including but not limited to use of automated wagering strategies specifically designed to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk ("bonus hunting"), is prohibited. Accounts found to engage in bonus abuse may have the relevant bonus cancelled and, where material damage to the Platform is identified, may be suspended.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bet44 Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering under false identity or providing deliberately misleading personal information;
• Accessing the Platform while under 21 years of age;
• Operating multiple Accounts or facilitating the operation of another person's Account;
• Use of automated scripts, bots or any software designed to interact with the Platform outside of normal human navigation;
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape or otherwise extract the Platform's software, odds data or proprietary content;
• Money laundering, fraud or any use of the Platform to conceal the proceeds of criminal activity; and
• Harassment or abuse of Platform support staff or other players via any available communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bet44 Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, logos, typography, game assets, odds data, promotional materials and all text, is the exclusive intellectual property of bet44 or its licensed content suppliers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published or broadcast without prior written permission from bet44.

The bet44 name, logo and associated marks are protected trademarks. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context, commercial or otherwise, is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, bet44 shall not be liable to any User for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Loss of winnings, profits, data or business opportunities;
• Interruptions to Service caused by maintenance, third-party outages, force majeure events, or failures of internet infrastructure beyond bet44's reasonable control;
• Errors in odds, game outcomes or settlement caused by confirmed technical malfunctions where the relevant bet has been voided in accordance with these Terms; or
• Any actions taken by a User in reliance on information published on the Platform.

Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 Suspension by bet44

bet44 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the Account creates regulatory, legal or reputational risk for the Platform.

12.2 Closure by the Player

Users may request permanent Account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining real-money Balance (after deduction of outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to the verified payment method on record. Accounts closed under a self-exclusion arrangement are subject to the conditions set out in the Responsible Gambling Policy.

12.3 Effects of Termination

Upon Account termination, all access to Platform Services will cease immediately. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from uncleared Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Verified real-money Balances will be returned in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

Responsible Gambling

bet44 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players on its Platform. We recognise that a small number of individuals may develop problematic gambling behaviour, and we take our obligations to support those individuals seriously.

Players may access the following tools through their Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the total amount deposited;

• Cooling-Off Periods — temporarily suspend Account access for a defined period; and
• Self-Exclusion — permanently exclude yourself from the Platform.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bet44 holds its international operating licence. Any dispute arising between a User and bet44 that cannot be resolved informally through the support team shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body, at the election of bet44.

Nothing in this clause prevents a User from seeking injunctive or emergency relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where immediate legal remedy is required to prevent irreparable harm.

Amendments to These Terms

bet44 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Users via the email address registered to their Account and/or by means of a prominent notice displayed upon login to the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.2.
